1. Subscription & Payments

LoQal AI operates on a prepaid subscription model. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in account suspension.

2. Usage Wallet & Telecom Charges

Services involving WhatsApp, SMS, and IVR calls are charged on a "Pay As You Go" basis via your Usage Wallet. Rates are subject to change based on underlying provider (Meta/Exotel) costs. Negative wallet balances may pause your campaigns.

3. Limitation of Liability

LoQal AI is a technology aggregator. We are not liable for:

• Delays or lost packages caused by logistics courier partners.
• Account bans imposed by Meta (WhatsApp) due to your violation of their messaging policies.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to use our platform for selling illegal goods, prohibited items, or for spamming customers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these policies immediately.
